Gospel Empowerment Ministry (GEM) serves vulnerable and underserved communities throughout the Philippines by integrating Gospel-centered discipleship with strategic community development. While they address pressing social and economic needs, their central mission remains clear: to make disciples of Jesus Christ and equip communities for lasting transformation.
GEM advances this mission through two key initiatives—the Philippine Church Planting Center (PCPC) and the Dream Center—working together to bring spiritual renewal, educational opportunity, and sustainable change to families and communities.
CHURCH PLANTING | Philippine Church Planting Center (PCPC)
Through the Philippine Church Planting Center, GEM identifies, trains, mentors, and supports pastors and church planters who are called to serve in rural and underserved areas. Our approach to church planting is deeply rooted in the transformation of individuals and families, recognizing that healthy churches emerge from transformed lives. Dream Center | Student Center & Educate2Elevate Scholarship Program
The Dream Center is a youth development center that exists to unlock potential and break the cycle of poverty through education, discipleship, and youth development & empowerment. By providing access to technology, learning resources, mentoring, and spiritual formation, GEM ensures that their scholars are not only academically prepared but also grounded in faith, character, and purpose.
