Endless Pursuit

“But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.”  Galatians 4:4-7

Harper Foriest grew up in Tennessee as the ninth of twelve children. Since the age of five, she knew God was beckoning her heart to the mission field. Fellowship School of Creative Arts was her foundation in dancing, helping disciple her in how to use the gift of movement as a form of worship. Over the years, Harper has partnered with Ballet Magnificat, Arrows International, Zion Dance Project, and Transformación Ballet, among other organizations, to use her gifts in dance and art to worship God and serve others. God created us to create and each time we do, we learn more about Him as THE Creator.

In Matthew 28:1-4 Jesus says to come to him as a child. How does a child go to their father? With JOY. This joy is typically expressed through dance or an artwork as a form of gratitude. So how can we, as children of God, go back to our instinctual expression of joy while maintaining a biblical foundation? This is the mission behind Endless Pursuit; teaching others how to freely worship in the presence of their Father with a biblical foundation.

Currently, the Lord has called Harper to create her own dance program in Kisumu, Kenya with the students of Manna Junior Secondary School, 80% of whom are orphaned. She offers free dance classes and attire, discipleship and mentoring, additional meals, transportation to their homes, as well as employing two women from a vocational sewing school as assistants to the program.

“My goal is to focus my eyes on Jesus alone as my Savior and to be an example of a fully-dependent life on the Lord to the students I interact with. I am eager to see how the Lord will work through me to expand His Kingdom and lead His children in worship to Him!” – Harper
