A New Era!!!

In 2010, almost eight years ago while we were on the road preaching, the Lord gave me (Rick)
an extremely vivid dream. The short version is that I was at the bedside of Billy Graham and
somehow knew he was about to die. Ruth, his wife who had already passed at the time of the
dream was there holding his hand. In the dream he had an ephod on (priestly garment). It had
the 12 stones representing the tribes of Israel and I asked for one of them and he gave me a
corner stone. Instantly I know that when he died the Lord was not going to give his gift of
evangelism to any one person but that the gift of evangelism was going to go out to thousands
upon thousands and there would be the greatest era of revival the world has seen. Then I awoke.
It remains one of, if not the most powerful dreams I have ever had. I have prayed about this
dream many times knowing it is an important kingdom event.

Billy Graham was able to go home just last month Feb. 21. Immediately I remembered
the dream and quickly learned that many many people have had dreams along the same line as
the one I just described. It’s exciting to hear that so many people are getting the same message!

Here at T.I. we are eager to see how God will use us. One interesting note, our
applications for people who want to become missionaries with T.I. have risen drastically since
that day! I can’t help but think this is part of the new era or great outpouring of the spirit
spoken of in Acts 2. To be able to be a part of this great awakening scripture speaks about is
beyond words! As a team member of T.I. we are all working together to cast the ‘kingdom’ net
the Lord spoke about in the gospels. I’m not sure what this era will entail but I want to be on the
front line doing all I can!

On the day Billy Graham died I was rethinking the dream and praying when the Lord put
a page number on my mind (this is a fun way He communicates with me). I turned there to find
the story of Jesus saying, “After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent
them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go.
Then He said to them, ‘The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the
Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.’” Lk.10.

Wow, what a mandate! SEND WORKERS INTO HIS HARVEST! Thank you for
helping us send and even go ourselves into His harvest!
