Arnel and Menchie Bautista make their home in Hawai‘i, where they continue to live out their calling to serve God and care for people. After Arnel’s retirement from a 38‑year career as an IT Manager with the Federal government, the couple remained deeply involved in ministry—both within their home church and in various outreach efforts. Together, they have led men’s and women’s small groups, served as pre‑marital coaches, and supported multiple ministries with a spirit of humility and compassion.
Arnel and Menchie love to share the love of God with His people—the Good News of Salvation. In Hawaiian, ‘Aloha’ carries many meanings, and one of its deepest is love. That is the heart behind their ministry: Spread God’s Aloha.
Their longest and most impactful work has been with Asian Relief Medical Services (ARMS), serving communities in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Colombia. Following the passing of ARMS’ founder, Arnel accepted the position of director.
In Hawai’i, they are connected with several local communities, building relationships with different active groups (Zumba, hiking, running) to share the Aloha of God.
