Philippine Church Planting Center (PCPC)

Vision

To plant solid, strong, self-sustaining, and reproducing churches in every barangay* in the Philippines.

Mission

To train, equip, empower, mentor, and support indigenous pastors and church planters to plant Christ-centered, disciple-making churches using a transformational development approach—addressing both spiritual and community needs through the Gospel.

PCPC is a ministry initiative committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by equipping local pastors to plant churches in some of the most underserved and unreached areas of the Philippines.

Many rural communities face deep poverty, limited access to Biblical training, and little consistent gospel witness. PCPC partners with churches and mission-minded believers to raise up indigenous church planters—men and women who know the language, understand the culture, and are committed to long-term discipleship and community transformation.

“How can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard?” (Romans 10:14)

What PCPC Does

Identify & Assess Church Planters
We prayerfully screen and evaluate church planting applicants through interviews, ministry assessments, and site visitations—ensuring readiness, integrity, and calling.

Train Pastors for Rural Church Planting
We provide Bible-centered, practical training in evangelism, discipleship, leadership, and church planting strategies designed for the realities of rural ministry.

Mentor & Strengthen Leaders
Church planting is a journey. PCPC offers ongoing coaching, accountability, encouragement, and leadership development to help pastors persevere and multiply.

Provide Strategic Support
Through partnerships, we help meet essential ministry needs so that church planters can focus on building healthy, sustainable local churches.

Why It Matters

When you support PCPC, you are helping:

  • Bring the gospel to unreached and underserved barangays*
  • Disciple new believers into thriving local churches
  • Train pastors to become multipliers and mentors
  • Strengthen families and communities through Gospel-centered transformational development

“The things you have heard from me… entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2)
