“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions–it is by grace you have been saved” Ephesians 2:4-5
“Why Japan?” Often, when others think about missions, Japan is probably a country that people do not think about. Instead, the question should be, “Why not Japan?” According to Matthew 28:19–20, Christ tells us to go to all the nations and teach them His ways. Daniel has answered that call to reach the nation of Japan. Japan is a country with less than one percent Christians. The harvest truly is plentiful. There are many opportunities to share and teach the Gospel to many people who have never heard about Christ, and in turn, leading them to experience the love and freedom that is found in Him.
Daniel is currently in Japan, serving and reaching out to the local community. He volunteers at a school where he is able to freely talk about the Gospel and help the students grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. As an active member within his local church, Daniel gives messages and helps with the production side of the church. Passionate about seeing the nation of Japan come alive, Daniel wants to see lives changed and chains broken – for the people of Japan to arise, to no longer be dead in their sins, to awaken and follow Christ, and to exalt Christ for how He has changed and freed them.
